We are looking for several customer service representatives. 

Each position requires different experience and different work locations.

Currently screening for a Customer Service position located near Pasadena

A background from a Shipping environment a plus

Customer Service skills and experience are a must

Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities

Qualifications and Experience  

Customer service experience required .  

Familiarity with invoices, purchase orders, shipping documentation, etc. helpful.  Data entry and basic computer skills necessary.  

Desired Skills and Traits Ability to multi-task is essential.  Ability to provide accurate and concise answers to customers, co-workers, and sales staff.  Computer literacy in Microsoft Office is a must.  Must be able to process a multitude of information to delegate and distribute to multiple departments with minimal errors.  Interoffice and customer service communication skills are required.  Must be able to make decisions.  

Physical Demands and Working Conditions  

Standing/sitting position going back and forth between customer service windows, copy machines, desks, and dispatch.  Very busy and noisy area with a constant flow of human traffic – dynamic and ever changing.  Must be able to keep focused and communicate with sales staff, customers, and drivers alike.  Must be able to process information quickly and efficiently.
